What's the difference between a funnel and a website?

Modified on Wed, 04 Aug 2021 at 06:52 PM

Funnels fuel business growth. Your funnels shouldn't replace your website although they work powerfully with your website as a part of your digital strategy.

While websites may offer a variety of information geared toward different audience segments, funnels tend to be more and specific in a series of anticipated steps from page to page to reach an end goal. For example, you can use your blog or pages on your website to drive traffic to different pages of your funnel specific to your user’s topics of interest.

Below is an example of how funnels look inside your dashboard. You can set up as many as you like as a stand-alone landing page or maybe just a form that integrates to an existing page of your website.

Below is an example of the steps you can create inside your funnel. Notice the funnel is a sequence of steps starting  with "Optin" - a landing page with a form to fill out. Then, once the form is filled, the next step is for the cutomer to automatically select a time to make an apporintment. And the last step after the appointment time is slected, a thank you message.

Inside the Nurch dashboard, successful funnel actions will convert contacts into a lead and added to your sales Pipeline for further automations.
