Your Conversations Dashboard is on the left main navigation in your Nurch Dashboard.
The purpose of the Conversation Engine is to integrate all your communication channels into one inbox. The Conversation Engine will aggregate all your social messages, webchat, text, and phone calls and allow you to respond by SMS or email. Once integrated your dashboard will look like this:
