If it looks like a chunk of your ‘Opportunities’ went missing from your ‘Pipeline’ don’t worry just yet.
A common mistake when viewing pipelines has to do with filters. You may have a certain opportunity status selected that makes it so other opportunities don’t appear.
In order to change the status filter, select the box that is circled in the image below. This button is located in ‘Opportunities’, above the pipeline you are viewing. FYI, Your box may say “Lost”, “Won”, “Open”, or “Abandoned”, which is why you aren’t seeing certain opportunities. Once you’ve selected it, you can choose which opportunity’ status you would like to view.
