Multiple Opportunities for the Same Customer

If you have a customer that is interested in multiple of your opportunities or the same one more than once you need to be able to have separate opportunities for them. 


For example, let’s say you have a catering company. A new customer finds your company and says they want you to cater for their birthday and daughter’s graduation. This customer needs to have two separate opportunities for each catering event to avoid any overlap that could cause confusion. By creating two separate opportunities it will help keep your opportunity details and pipeline more organized and ensure more accuracy when viewing pipeline value and other important revenue metrics.
